TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Client(s) are billed from the scheduled start time [even if Client(s) arrive late], unless the session starts late due to a delay caused by Heirloom Studios.

Client(s) are billed for the entire length of the scheduled session, unless the session is ended ahead of schedule at the request of Heirloom Studios. All sessions scheduled are billed for a minimum of three (3) hours. 

Client(s) will not be taken off the clock for breaks in the session [i.e. band meetings, bio-breaks, instrument malfunctions (including broken strings, sticks, cymbals, heads, hearts) phone calls, rehearsal, refreshments, tuning, etc.] unless a break is caused or initiated by Heirloom Studios.

Recorded material becomes property of Heirloom Studios until full payment is received.

Client(s) acknowledge and authorize Heirloom Studios to utilize recorded material in marketing and promotion of Heirloom Studios without additional consent or compensation of Client(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Client(s) who cancel a session with at least seven (7) days notice will not be charged a penalty.

Client(s) who cancel a session within four (4) to six (6) days notice will forfeit 50% of their deposit.

Client(s) who cancel a session within three (3) or less days will forfeit their entire deposit. No exceptions.

FILE STORAGE POLICY

Heirloom Studios does not guarantee storage of recorded material.

Client(s) are required to provide their own storage device, or purchase one from Heirloom Studios.

File transfer time is billable at normal studio rates.

EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL USAGE POLICY

Heirloom Studios provides high quality instruments and amplifiers for our Client(s) to use free of charge. 

Client(s) will be held responsible for repair or replacement of any equipment broken or damaged during their session.

Client(s) incur expense for additional materials (i.e. recordable media, guitar strings and picks, drumheads and drumsticks, etc.) used during their session unless specifically included as part of the agreement.

ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY

Heirloom Studios provides an Alcohol / Drug Free Environment for our Client(s) and prohibits possession and usage of illegal substances on the premises.

REFUND POLICY

NO CASH REFUNDS. In the event of an authorized refund, credit will be issued as studio time billed at the hourly rate of original agreement. Block hourly rate is determined by dividing the block rate by the number of hours.

LIABILITY

Client(s) assume liability for the use of Heirloom Studios facilities in addition to their guests present upon the premises. 

Client(s) agree to hold Heirloom Studios harmless and indemnify Heirloom Studios in full for any loss or expense, including attorney’s fees, in the event of injury to persons or property incurred while using the premises and any of Heirloom Studios facilities and/or equipment. 

Heirloom Studios shall not be responsible for any claim resulting from an act of God, flood, fire, earthquake, or any and all other cause(s) beyond reasonable control.
